Andy Yu
Andy experimented with HTML and web building during his studies in Geography at the University of Windsor. After earning his degree in 1999 he pursued his interests in IT by completing the Computer Systems Technician program (with Honors, 2002) from Algonquin College. During his IT studies he freelanced as a web designer for an upstart web design company in Ottawa. He produced web sites for North American clients based in the travel industry until a municipality was referred to Andy to produce an Intranet for their employees. This initial one-year, single project contract lead to the delivery of over 15 web sites/intranets in just fewer than 5 years. Andy has produced over 100 web sites since 1999.
Andy has training in computer networks, systems support, IP telephony, project management and business analysis and in July 2007 earned an Associates Certificate in Project Management. He recently completed additional training and earned his Masters Certificate in Project Management. He is one of the founders of YUZHU.
